To celebrate the launch of phase two at The Beaches, Johnshaven we collaborated with Scott Smith, owner of Fhior Restaurant in Edinburgh.

Scott works with local producers to showcase Scotland at its best. Working with The Lobster Shop in Johnshaven he has shared a tasty recipe for us all to try at home.
