After years of living in the city, Gavin and Sandra were ready for a change.

Settling Into Life At Linton Mews
Now fully settled in, the couple have embraced life in Gourdon. Most days start with a cup of coffee in their sunroom, sharing a biscuit with Brooke, who enjoys sunbathing there or in the lovely, spacious garden. The raised patio has a lower fence so they can enjoy views out to sea.
Their favourite room is the sunroom, which they use daily for relaxing or craft hobbies. Sandra has also joined a local crafts group, which has been a great way to meet people and spend time doing creative projects together.
They enjoy walks into Gourdon for milk or down the coastal path to take in the views, making the most of the village’s friendly atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

Eight months on, the house still feels as special as the day they got the keys. The layout works perfectly for their lifestyle, and the quality of the build continues to impress visitors. Gavin and Sandra have added many personal touches to their home through décor and furnishings, making the house feel truly their own.
Gavin and Sandra recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a party at their new home, enjoying showing friends and family around. Their guests were full of compliments, which made the day even more special.
