In 2019 Fotheringham Homes were winners at the Scottish Home Awards with their development at Eden Manor located in Stonehaven. This site involved the renovation of a former north-east care home into five apartments and ten single storey terraced homes aimed at the over 50’s market.
Parklands, is Fotheringham Home’s newest development lying the quaint village of Marykirk, a short drive from Montrose and the A90. With 26 homes available, a show home has been opened in partnership with Aberdeenshire based The Inside Story Interior Design and Styling.
