Businesses of North East Collaborate to Create Multi-Million Pound Rural Housing Development

Fotheringham Homes are proud to have worked with a fantastic range of suppliers from across the North of Scotland to create a stunning residential development worth over £6 million nestled on the edge of the Mearns & Angus countryside.

Speaking about the housing development Michael Fotheringham explained “Working in collaboration with like-minded businesses makes construction more creative but also more in-tune with our customer’s needs. We have had a long standing relationship with local businesses John D Crawford Architectural Services, Scotframe, Laings of Inverurie and Whittons and being able to bounce ideas off each other means that we continue to create remarkable designs that are also practical for living in.’

In 2019 Fotheringham Homes were winners at the Scottish Home Awards with their development at Eden Manor located in Stonehaven. This site involved the renovation of a former north-east care home into five apartments and ten single storey terraced homes aimed at the over 50’s market.
